Very quick dispatch and delivery, issue with order sorted with no hassle and again very quickly. Courier arranged to deliver replacement and pick up original within hours.

Great high quality products. Excellent delivery would 100% use again. Rack for dumbbells was slightly hard to put together but only a minor issue.

Always good value and prompt delivery even if items/order comes in more than one consignment. Only issue on last order was some machine oil still present on the bar from manufacture so required clean down.

Decided to kit out my garage with some gym equipment (power rack, bar, plates and some dumbbells). decided to go with Mirafit and I am so glad I did, the quality of the equipment is fantastic, really well built and easy to assemble, delivery was quick but I had to push it back a week while I painted my garage floor and they were more than happy to accommodate. Since then I have bought some storage for the plates and dumbbells from them and now spend my days scrolling through their products looking for my next purchase. If you take your weightlifting seriously and need some home equipment I would definitely recommend them

Bench is sturdy enough but black end caps arrived broken, and inner black fittings on the squat rack also arrived broken. No answer by email from customer services.

First time purchase with this company and would definitely recommend - very easy to navigate website, excellent delivery, quality product.

Amazing product and quick Despatch the only thing that ever leaves a bad taste in my mouth is DHL who left it on my doorstep whilst I was at work and said I had signed for it.

Mirafit M3 Barbells arrived quickly. One was damaged in transit and Mirafit support were very quick to get it resolved.

Ordered a pulley machine, bench and various other attachments on different orders. The communication has always been very good and I've never had any issues with any of the products that I've ordered.

When I finally received my equipment it was fine however service up to that point was terrible and possibly some of the worst customer experience have ever had. Parcel was delayed 4 times with no explanation and any time I called or emailed to ask why I got the same generic response. The only time I got any help was when I criticised your service on your Instagram page

Got a Mirafit 30kg weighted vest this Christmas and was quite happy with the gift. Just used it for calisthenics, no running or jogging but it was not designed strong enough for the 30kg weight. Pressure points (shoulders) are tearing up( all 4 show signs of tear from the underneath and 1 is tearing from the top which is visible. Afraid it might come off completely while I am working out. Tried to see if I could order a replacement vest only without weights on their website but it wasn’t possible. They should have an option for replacement vest only to be ordered.
(5.02.23) Edit:All good now, was able to get a tailor to put 6 nylon patches (4 underneath and 2 on front) on the shoulder pressure points, cost £20 but should last much longer now.

Arrived on time as expected. The delivery company gave notice of when things were arriving. Items arrived in 2 delivery’s. I was kept informed at all times.

Items are of a high quality and were easy to assemble with the instructions provided.

I am new to gym equipment and bought my first battle rope but decided later that was not right type for me. When I started return, team kindly arranged for old rope to be collected for free. They were quick to answer my questions. Brilliant customer service!
